Alan advises LUSH.AI on financial strategy. He is the founder and managing partner of Schlissel & Associates LLC, a full-service tax and accounting firm in Honolulu he has led since 2010. A tax attorney with an LL.M. in taxation and an M.B.A. in finance and accounting, he brings more than 25 years of experience across tax law, planning, and accounting.
Before founding the firm, he was a senior manager at KMH LLP and a manager at Grant Thornton LLP in Honolulu. He also serves as an adjunct professor in the School of Accounting at the University of Hawaiʻi's Shidler College of Business.
